SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING
We offer 30-minute small group (up to 4 people) personal training sessions of weight and strength training, followed by a 30-minute of high intensity interval training (HIIT) cardio workout. You are guided through your session with a personal trainer who will demonstrate and supervise all movements. Because each person is different, each workout is different. All exercises are chosen based on your skill level and goals. All sessions are pre-scheduled so they become a part of your day, working into your routine and life.

We also offer 30 or 60-minute customized assisted stretch sessions. Your stretch therapist develops a series of stretches designed to help relieve your particular muscular tightness or decreased range of motion. This is a great session for those who suffer from low back pain, sciatica, plantar faciitis, or just general stiffness.
