Caroline is certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer and a fitness nutrition specialist. Caroline has successfully trained clients of all ages and fitness levels, injuries, and health conditions for the last 20 years. She is a graduate of Trinity College in Hartford, CT and the University of Ulster, Ireland. She has also volunteered as a wellness educator and mentor at the New Hampshire State Prison for Women. When not teaching exercise, Caroline is also a published writer on health and wellness issues, and has facilitated a Seacoast homeless program and is a board member for New Hope for Children. Caroline lives in Brentwood with her husband, Tom and three children, Katarina, Rory and Clare, and her dog, Molly.
Owner and trainer, Adrienne is a certified personal trainer and stretch therapist through the American Council on Exercise. A graduate from the University of New Hampshire, and the Art Institute of Seattle, Adrienne has worked with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including strength, conditioning, cardio, dance, and weight loss. Along with training clients and teaching group fitness classes, Adrienne enjoys cooking, interior design, DYI projects, and dance and music.
Rachel is certified by the American College of Sports Medicine. With more than 35 years experience as a trainer, she refers to herself as the longest surviving personal fitness trainer. Her expertise and humor transform clients into healthier and happier people. Among her specialties are: age proofing for baby boomers, sports conditioning (including equestrian fitness), fitness for seniors, along with post-natal and post physical therapy workouts.
Lauren Haney is certified through American Council on Exercise. She has a passion for health, fitness, and nutrition as a lifestyle choice. Lauren is also licensed in PIYO and Turbo Kick, and is a certified functional aging specialist, as well as an Advocare distributor. Lauren will encourage and challenge you to make the most out of every workout and will support you every step of the way in your fitness journey! When not training, Lauren is a mom of three who lives in Exeter and is a full-time nurse.
